Its central orb represents both a grape and the moon, symbolizing a wine born from the soil and shaped by celestial cycles. “Elicio,” meaning “to evoke” in Latin, invites you to experience the memories and emotions each bottle holds, forging a connection between the vineyard, the night, and your glass.
Our Elicio Rouge is produced from carefully selected plots near the villages of Beaumes de Venise and Vacqueyras. The wines are crafted to preserve the fruit aromas. From vintage to vintage, Elicio Red wines maintain consistency, with notes of ripe red fruits, hints of sweet spices, and licorice. The velvety tannins and final freshness result in a particularly delightful wine

The grape variety Rolle – also known as Vermentino – thrives in a sunny climate, on carefully selected plots between Mont Ventoux and the famous Dentelles de Montmirail. Harvesting begins during the coolest hours of the day to preserve the aromas. From vintage to vintage, Elicio white wines remain consistent, fresh, and aromatic. The intense nose is dominated by notes of exotic fruits and peach. Refreshing citrus acidity. Sweeet & delicate with mineral finish.
