Bouteille vin rouge Cascavel Vacqueyras

Vacqueyras

The sun-drenched power of the Garrigue

Logo vignerons engagés

Vacqueyras is one of the most iconic Crus of the Southern Rhône, and this wine captures its essence beautifully. It evokes the wild herbs of the garrigue, the warmth of a summer’s day, and ripe black fruit aromas. To add further complexity, I chose to age it for 12 months in French oak barrels. It has excellent ageing potential—at least five years—but is already showing beautifully today.

Gigondas

The balance between intensity and elegance

Logo vignerons engagés

For this cuvée, I selected exceptional low-yield parcels of Grenache and Syrah. A 12-month ageing in French oak barrels brings additional structure and refinement. The result is a wine of great complexity and remarkable aromatic intensity—a true hidden gem! While it has excellent ageing potential, its silky, well-integrated tannins make it a pleasure to enjoy now.

Rasteau

Quiet power from the hillsides

Logo vignerons engagés

Bold and complex, this Rasteau stands out with true character. I crafted the blend by selecting the finest parcels of Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre, and Syrah from the elevated slopes surrounding the village of Rasteau. Old vines and 12 months of ageing in oak barrels give the wine impressive ageing potential. Yet the already well-integrated tannins make it approachable and enjoyable today.

Châteauneuf du Pape

Crafted with precision and character

Logo vignerons engagés

I set out to create a Châteauneuf-du-Pape that is both precise and distinctive. The blend—primarily Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre—comes from carefully selected vineyard plots. The grapes are hand-harvested and fully destemmed upon arrival at the winery. Maceration lasts four weeks, with daily pump-overs to gently extract color and tannins. Following fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, the wine is matured for two years in large oak foudres. The result is a structured, spicy wine with true personality—exactly how one imagines a classic Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

This is a dream-worthy appellation, and one I hold especially dear. The nose is instantly lifted by notes of lychee, pineapple, and passion fruit. On the palate, it’s a true explosion of flavor. Enjoy it now for its dazzling fresh fruit aromas—or let it age, as this great wine has virtually limitless cellaring potential.
